Use a template
Find a template, preview it in your own colors, and add it to your design.
A template is a finished design with the words and pictures to swap for yours. There are templates for hours, deals, coupons, menus, events, holidays, news, reviews, services, signs and ads, and video templates for moving posts.
Find one
- Open Templates on the left.
- Type in Search templates, or choose a Category. Choose a Size to see each template at that size.
- Click a template to preview it.
The preview is drawn in your colors, not the template's, so you see how it will look when it's yours.
Add it to your design
Click Use this template.
- On a blank page, the template replaces the blank page.
- On a page you've already worked on, the template is added as a new page after the one you're on. Nothing you made is replaced.
Using a template never changes your design's colors. The template takes on whatever colors the design already has.
Free templates and Studio templates
About a third of the templates are free for everyone. The rest show a small lock. See what's free and what's included.
Fill in the words
Click the words to change them, and use Replace on a photo spot to put your own photo there. If the template has a shop name, Studio puts your business name in it when it knows it.
Want to save your own design as a template to start from again? Open the AI panel and look for Save as template.
